Kronk has the heart and mind of a 9 year old boy. He is eager to please and easily entertained. His big heart engendered many friends. Though dumb, his empathy and love of fury creatures afforded him with a unique ability to connect easily with animals. At early age, he even befriended an Ogre, who was terrorizing the local village, thinking the Ogre cute.
His lack of intelligence created Kronk’s accurate gut sense of his surroundings enabling him to perceive potential doom as well as find hidden trinkets. Despite his gut feelings, Kronk is easily blinded with child like interest and is easily misled due to his overly trusting and caring nature.
Feeling guilt from accidentally breaking his sister’s favorite doll, Kronk ran away and ended up in the army as a cook. His innocent, pleasing nature and being the best short order cook in military history, made him a favorite among all soldiers and officers.
During a fearful ambush, Kronk, and the military, discovered his prowess as a champion fighter. The enemy mistakenly bombarded his kitchen and mess-hall, destroying the doll Kronk intended to send his sister. Kronk grabbed a frying pan and proceeded to annihilate the enemy with impunity. Through out the battle, Kronk used knives, table legs, food, and even bodies as weapons to great effect.
With his military duty over, Kronk now travels the world saving those he thinks are innocent, seeking a doll for his sister, and petting fluffy animals.
